Tp HCM Vị trí : Import Export Experience / Operator Cty: Công Ty TNHH Movemax System Việt Nam Mô Tả Công Việc - Prepare all import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill, PO, Import and Export License (If any)). - Check and issue all related docs for outbound & inbound shipment (Arrival Notice / Delivery Order / Booking Note, etc…) - Daily update data to system. - Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner and report to Director if any charge or documents are pending timely. - Work under instruction from manager and director. - Have ability to handle and supervise import export shipment. - Have ability to solve the matter involved to import, export. - Work under high pressure. - Active & hard-working. - Report to related Managers and General Director; - Other tasks basing on the Company’s request; - More details of work will be discussed in the interview.. Yêu Cầu Công Việc - From 03 years experiences working in freight forwarding, logistics with similar position; - Proficiency in Import – Export procedure, Customs, Forwarding, Inco-term; - Full knowledge in forwarding field in Vietnam; - Have knowledge and experience for customs clearance; negotiate with carriers (airlines, vessel liners); co-ordinate in operation of others departments; liaise with agents/branches abroad; - Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading); - Self-directed and self-motivated.
