Tracey Curtis-Taylor, a pilot who is recreating the pioneering flight made by Lady Mary Heath in 1928 from Cape Town back to the UK through the entire continent of Africa, visited the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in northern Kenya. Here she met Ian Craig, Strategic Advisor for Lewa, and Sarah Watson, Projects Manager for the Tusk Trust, who introduced Tracey to young rhinos and explained the problems from poaching of rhinos for their horns. Tracey is flying a restored Boeing Stearman bi-plane from Cape Town to Goodwood with the support of Artemis Investments, Boeing, ExecuJet, Inmarsat and Livewire Digital.
