****Traffic**** MAIN TRAFFIC TRAFFIC IS QUIETER THIS MORNING AS MOST SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED FOR MID-TERM BREAK The southbound bore of the Port Tunnel has reopened following a breakdown. There is a breakdown on the M50 northbound before J5 Finglas blocking the right lane. Traffic remains busy southbound from J6 Blanchardstown to J10 Ballymount and then from J11 Tallaght past J12 Firhouse. Traffic is still busy on the N2/ Phibsborough Rd inbound from Harts Corner to Doyles Corner. Delays inbound from North Strand to the Five Lamps on Amiens St. Delays inbound on the N7/ Naas Rd from the Red Cow Interchange to Long Mile Rd. Heavy along Grand Canal from Harolds Cross to Ranelagh bridge Slow inbound from Con Colbert Rd to Heuston Station. Traffic lights are out of action at the jct of Baggot St and Fitzwilliam Place. Take care on approach. The N11/ Stillorgan Rd is just slowing now approaching Donnybrook. Slow on the N3/ Navan Rd inbound from before the railway bridge to the Ashtown R/A. Traffic lights are out of action on the N81/ Blessington Rd at Whitestown Way. Take care on approach.
