Train effectively and dont over or under eat terribly often. Thats it. Thats whats required to get your body into great condition the way you want it. Nothing more, and nothing less. There aint no other product legal or otherwise that is going to help if youre not training effectively and not fueling appropriately, despite whatever magical properties the clever marketers claim they have. Im crap at marketing but I have a very effective and quite enjoyable training program and Im very good at figuring out what ranges of intake you need to be neither over or under eating and therefore be appropriately fueled for tremendous results. You have to actually do it though. Train regularly and practice hitting your intake targets as consistently as you can. Its pretty easy really, but you have to actually do it. Now, whos with me? Ill have this months package ready to launch tomorrow. And its a good one!
