Trained with Glen Stubbs this evening! Another explosive leg workout; my seventh week training & already seeing marked results. Once again technique, & form is everything in strength training. In the words of my trainer. ..sloppy training will give you sloppy results. I am still falling down with consistency in my diet....this really slows down progress so Im getting it together starting now lol!
