Training Day Tuesday: Good Morning Team! You Rock..... So you missed a few days of training due to the cold weather and unsafe conditions outside. What do you do? First off, you will be ok if you have been training all along. It takes at least a week to 10 days for your fitness to diminish at some point. So a few days wont hurt you, take them as rest days if you didnt get to cross train. Secondly, dont try to make up lost mileage, stick to your plan and continue from there. Team New Orleans has one week of longer mileage and your tapering at this point so make sure your getting plenty of rest, stretch those hips and legs (After warm up) :) and eat healthy.
