Travel Advisory March 18, 2014 I-180 EB On-ramp Blocked by Overturned Truck at Basin Street Exit 26 Montoursville – Motorists in Williamsport wishing to access I-180 eastbound at the Basin Street Interchange (Exit 26) are advised that the on-ramp is currently blocked by an overturned truck. The truck is directly beneath the interstate overpass structure. Emergency responders anticipate having the wreckage cleared by early this evening. Eastbound traffic may access I-180 via the Faxon Interchange (Exit 25). Westbound Interstate 180 traffic may exit at Basin Street.
