Travel Diary - Last Day (8) 20-06-2013 - on my way back to Jordan After amazing 7 days I return to Amman where I will spend one more week working with the embroidery team on the next collection before my flight back to Germany at the end of the month. I got to know Palestine as a diverse country with an unbelievable historical charm and a wonderful hospitality. But I also witnessed the ongoing invasion of the land as well as the humiliating daily oppression through the occupation forces - breaches of international agreements and human rights that preclude any roadmap for peace... Throughout my trip I often became aware of discrepancies between the mainstream western perception of the situation and the reality on the ground - a phenomenon that made it a personal desire to share my impressions...
