Triangle Housing Association/Glen Road Site Recently Braniel Community Association received notification that Triangle Housing Association were planning to use the old library site on the Glen Road and turn it into a mental health facility. As Triangle only informed 50 immediate residents, Braniel Community Association distributed 2000 leaflets explaining the proposals and held public meetings for the people to come together and have their say on what is happening within their community. We have now received a letter from Triangle Housing Association confirming they have decided not to go ahead with their proposals for the old library site on the Glen Road. We would like to thank each and every person who joined and helped us with putting a stop to the new build which we firmly believe was the wrong location.
