Trickle down dose not work people are to greedy retires are not going to start new business with their bail out money . We have to get back to Capitalism in America re instate Glass- Stegall so Bank will be forced to make loans on real collateral, a lot of the so called rich will fall but that is the way it works in this Country and they did take the risk. They could legalize cannabis and bring in a much needed flow of growth. When they did away with prohibition it help get the country back on its feet during the depression. To big to fail has to be done away with.
