Tried the new Zaxbys and wasnt impressed. Im from Bama where these are prevalent and never had a negative experience. No one seemed to know how to work a receipt printer, refill the ketchup dispenser, move to let customers into the restrooms, etc. The automatic sinks were terrible. Took me forever to wash my hands and I had to help 2 little girls wash theirs because the auto sinks didnt detect them, so the water wouldnt turn on. Since there was no ketchup, I asked for ranch and was told it was an extra charge. I told the little teen to keep it and I would eat my food plain. Besides that, the food was WAY too salty.
