Triple-high mistnet set going up over the West Fork of the Chatooga River on 9-4-15. We caught nine bats of three species that night as part of a multi-state volunteer effort to census our imperiled bat populations. We were one of seven teams assessing twenty-one sites over three nights in northeast Georgia near the SC and NC state lines. This was the First Annual Georgia Bat Working Group Bat Blitz.
