Triumph in the kitchen.Last night I made Ratatouille. I cooked it like Julia Child (cooking the dish in layers: Garlic, Onions, Peppers, Squash both Zucchini and Yellow, Egg Plant) in the pressure cooker. Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Fresh Basil and Parsley (from my balcony garden) ½ cup of white wine vinegar, bring the pressure cooker to full heat, reduce and moderate heat, cook for 6 minutes, turn off the gas, and let this continue to cook for until it cools off naturally. Serve with Garlic Bread and a glass of Cabernet. HEAVEN.
