Tropical Storm Norbert continues to quickly weaken over the cool waters off the coast of the Baja California Peninsula. In the West Pacific, Tropical Storm Fengshen will continue to intensify as it moves northeast along the Kuroshio Current. The Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) forecasts a transition into an extratropical cyclone by 72 hours. During and after transition Fengshen will remain an intense system, generating dangerous conditions across the Cental Pacific. The OPC 48 and 96 hour forecast charts are included to help track the movement of the re-curving tropical cyclone.
