Try this leg burning HIIT workout at the end of your main leg workout with your gym buddy or on your own the next time your at the gym 20 reps ( 10 each leg ) walking weighted lunges into 20 secs weighted sled push sprint single leg hop Rest 60 seconds and repeat 10 times! Your quads, glutes and lungs will be on fire and your heart rate will go through the roof! Burning fat at the same time ( in the video is my client Drew 8th set which he hit failure on who had 15kg for his lunges and pushed 30kg on the sled )
