Tucking Sophie into bed tonight...noticed a stack of clean clothes piled in her room. Now this in and of itself is not that shocking, however, we just got home from Indiana yesterday. I had no need to do any laundry as my mom always makes sure every stitch of clothing we have is washed before we head home. So I posed the question... Me: Soph, whats that pile of laundry doing in the corner? Why didnt you put them away when you unpacked? Soph: I dont want to wear them then have to wash them or the smell will come out. Me; What does it smell like? Soph: Grandmas house. Me; What does Grandmas house smell like? Soph: I know it does not smell like cantaloupe left in the hot car overnight.
