Tues Aug 23, 2011 Justin Andrew Carter SKIN FORK — Justin Andrew Carter, 22, of Skin Fork, answered the call home on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011, at his residence following a short illness. Born July 21, 1989, in Logan County, he was the son of Elmer and Angela Toler Carter of Skin Fork. Justin worked at Pineville Mine Supply with his dad. He was a member of the Christian Fellowship Worship Center of Pineville. Justin loved fishing, playing ball at Twin Falls with his buddies and driving his F150 truck with dual exhausts. Justin was a 2008 graduate of Wyoming East High School. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Chester and Eva Carter; a cousin, Shawn Bennett; and Mamaw Edna Bunn. In addition to his parents, Elmer and Angela Carter, with whom he resided, those left to cherish his memory include his little brother that is following in his footsteps, Matt Carter of the residence; his maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Rosalie Toler; his “hero” and aunt, Rosa Carter, who could do anything, and her husband, Nathan; his cousin, Dewey, who stood by him until he went home; his aunts and uncles, Dale Toler, and his daughter, Katie, Monica and Adam Harvey, Lizzie and Bill Bennett, Janetta and Ronnie Toler, Marilyn and John Davis, Carla and Dennie Carter and Hilda Mouw; his cousins; and many friends. “All is well” ~~Justin A celebration of Justin’s life will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at the Christian Fellowship Worship Center, Pineville, with the Rev. Bill Goode and the Rev. Ernest Francis officiating. Burial will follow in Toler Family Cemetery, Laurel Branch. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at the church. Online guest book may be signed at calfeefuneralservice.
