Tuesday Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what youre going to get -Tom Hanks, from the movie: Forrest Gump. We come across failure at many points in our lives. Sometimes we learn from them, and sometimes we just dont understand where we went wrong. Failure can be really stressful and most of the time people dont try new things because they are scared of failure. Look forward to failure. Thomas Edison once said I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward. If you see failure as an opportunity to learn and get closer to your goal, it is something to be expected and even anticipated. You should stop being sad. Of course, failure makes you sad, and you should be. If you have failed in something being sad is natural and in this way you might be able to remove the sadness, the negative energy and feel good. But you shouldnt be sad all the time. What happened was a part of your life, something you had to experience and now it is time to stop regretting and do something about it. Be happy. Refrain from blaming yourself or any other person for your failure. Dont think it was your entire fault but dont blame someone else too. If you forgive yourself, you will be a hundred times better but if you keep on blaming yourself then you will always fail. There are ways to improve your life, as long as youre willing to work at it. In Bill Murray’s classic comedy, *Groundhog Day*, a cranky weatherman is forced to re-live the same day over and over again. I think its safe to say that weve all experienced the feeling of living our own personal Groundhog Day. Every day feels the same. We have nothing to look forward to, and we are left with the sense that we can already predict everything thats going to happen in our lives. The moral lesson is that in order to reach your goal, you have to go over the same thing time and time again until you get it right. Understand we all make mistakes. Were human after all. But repeating the same mistake again and again, dont you think this is a little weird? We can stop from doing the same mistake repeatedly by understanding our mistakes and correct it. We should get out of the same unwanted habits that we have every day, stop being so repetitive and change. Everyone is good at something so all you need to do is finding where your strengths lie. Determine your mistakes and learn from them. Ensure that this fall will make you a stronger, more informed person in the long run. You should live each day more and more and value every single day. Life is made up of choices and decision making is critical as each choice has both consequences and benefits; please weigh the latter and always choose life. Always ask what you can learn, and how you can move forward, and stop yourself from blaming other people if things arent the way you would like them to be. We all make blind decisions in life without really knowing the outcome. You choose a chocolate from the box of chocolate; you dont know whats on the inside of it. You make a decision in life, and even though it was your choice, you really dont know what it will lead to. Remember, obstacles and problems cant stop you. Most of all other people cant stop you too.
