• Tuesday, March 18. John 3:1-17. Nicodemus was faced with a decision. Would he continue his pharisaical way of life or would he allow himself to be reborn by the wind of the Spirit? Would he understand that the faith was about salvation and not condemnation? Like him, we want God to condemn those who are different from us and not save them. But that is the sin of pride. Christ came to save not condemn. Are there times we are Nicodemus? Are there times we want condemnation for others and not salvation?
