It reminded me of how so many people are sucked into the corporate lifestyle and then convinced to use insecure streams of income to buy things they can barely afford. Afterward, many spend decades walking an uncomfortable tightrope where they are fearful of getting a pink slip because they would then lose the big house, fancy car and all the other expensive things they bought on credit. My advice? Life your life simple, dont try to keep up with the Joneses, dont buy a house that you can barely afford, avoid debt unless you need it for education or starting a business, get multiple revenue streams and never allow yourself to be trapped in a life that causes you continuous amounts of stress. Youll eventually hate getting out of bed in the morning. Find your peace by not following the crowd. Life the life that makes you comfortable.
