Tuesday is a great day to work on balance. Try standing on one leg and lifting the other leg a few inches off the ground. Focus on a stable object and hold for at least 30 seconds. Do the second side and hold for the same amount of time. When you get better, try holding longer or lift your leg even higher so the thigh is parallel to the ground. Good luck and keep trying as your balance will improve.
