Tune in to RTÉ Radio 1 Saturday with Claire Byrne tomorrow - FLACs Paul Joyce will be talking about reform of legal protections for people who have to deal with financial institutions of all types. Its based on his report published last week,Redressing the Imbalance, which contains a raft of proposals around better protecting people who take out loans, arrange insurance, make investments or otherwise have to deal with a financial body. There will be input from some people who contributed to our study on their own experience with the systems in place. Tune in from 1pm tomorrow!
