Twenty years ago some of Kais family opened the first moderately priced teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong. In five days the restaurant will close so those family members still running it can relax into retirement/strike out on new adventures. Im so lucky I got to spend a lot of time there -- the food is outstanding, its beautiful, and its family, ya know?
