Two and a half years! Thats how long I waited to be able to share this testimony! What started back in 2012 was finally completed last Friday! I asked God to make September a month where His glory and power would be magnified. I prayed. Fasted. Prayed. Asked others to pray and fast. I cried myself to sleep so many nights. Had plenty of moments where I felt like it would never come to an end but thank GOD I can say IT IS FINISHED! I knew obeying God meant I could no longer remain in a relationship that wasnt glorying Him. Even though we had a child together I had to walk away not just physically but emotionally. I had to obey God every step of the way. Two and a half years ago I was served with court papers seeking custody of my baby girl because of my decision. God always told me Hed fight this battle for me but as the years rolled on it was an emotional roller coaster to keep trusting. But God is faithful to His word and just like he said my case wouldnt even make it to trial, last Friday I walked into the court house for the final time and walked out with documents saying I am the sole legal and physical custodian of my child, the child that I KNOW belongs to God! I thank God for my circle- my family, my church family, my friends who are more like sisters, those who knew and were praying- THANK YOU ALL for standing with me and Tianna in faith! God truly has the final say! No matter what youre facing, whats impossible with man is truly possible with God!
