Two days ago we started our kick-off campaign for The Taxi FUNdation youcaring/nonprofits/kickstarting-the-taxi-fundation-campaign/236083 We asked everyone to like, comment, and share in hopes that the post would be seen by all of our 70,000 plus followers and encourage each of them to donate a dollar. You guys did a great job and the post was seen more than any post that weve ever done (seen by more than 31,000 people) which is exactly what we were hoping for!!! Currently we are just over $4k in the fund. We have a large goal with The Taxi FUNdation in hopes of not just establishing a funding security for the special needs dogs that are the basis of our rescue, as our vet bills currently average $30k/month with great discounts from our team, but we also set the goal high as we are trying to raise the money for three orthopedic surgeries for Tadoohs hips, and both of Bruces knees. These surgeries will be close to $9,000.00 for all three. So, not only are we not close to establishing the FUNd....but we are very far away from raising the money Tadooh and Bruce. You might get tired of seeing us post about the FUNd and we understand that, but please bear with us and continue to like, comment, and share as much as possible to get the word out so that we can continue to do the work that you love and support and hopefully grow a bit as well in the future!!!! Remember that we are serious when we say that donating a dollar helps....dollars add up quickly when thousands of people are involved!!!!! Many have asked about mailing in a donation....you can mail donations to 2754 Buckner Lane, Thompsons Station, TN 37179. Others have asked about doing monthly donations (which is awesome) and you can set up monthly donations on our website at snootygiggles/donate!!!! And remember if you ever worry about money actually goes, you are always more than welcome to donate directly to our account at our vet clinic, Animalia Health & Wellness by calling them at 615-595-7100. Most importantly we just ask that you participate in the posts so that it is seen by more and more of our followers....encouraging the $1 give!!!!! I really think that if that movement could ever catch on, it would be an amazing thing!!!! So, even if you feel like you have nothing to say...just click like and comment with a smiley face!!!!
