Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to have a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I felt I was tired. I am not the one who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but run. Every morning when I woke up I thought all my might was used up. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the end wasn’t valid. I must tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will introduce you an easy, expedient and effective way which I have used.
