Here is what they define as "furtive movement": - Changing direction - Walking in a certain way - Acting a little suspicious - Making a movement that is not regular - Being very fidgety - Going in and out of your pocket - Going in and out of a location - Looking back and forth constantly - Looking over your shoulder - Adjusting your hip - Adjusting your belt - Moving in and out of your car too quickly - Turning a part of your body away from the cop - Grabbing at a certain pocket or something at your waist - Getting a little nervous - Shaking - Stuttering - Hanging out in front of a building - Sitting on a bench - Making a quick movement such as bending down and quickly standing back up - Going inside the lobby... and then quickly coming back out - Being very nervous - Being very aware. Any of these activities is probable cause to suspect you of criminal activity.
