UBBC’s “In It To Win It” Raffle For those who haven’t met me I’m the club’s fundraising and sponsorship officer. As with all major sports teams at the University we have to do a bit of fundraising in order to raise funds for the club. Stating tomorrow and over the next few weeks, I will be selling tickets for UBBC’s “In It To Win It” fund-raising raffle (because at UBBC we love to win stuff). There are loads of rowing and non-rowing prizes including; £50 zizzi voucher Godfrey Brazil Lycra Lush products Mystery Prize (which increases in value as more tickets are sold) Rigger Jigger Bow/Stroke side socks iPod Sports Night Ticket Drinks to Go premium £3 bottle of wine signed by the man himself Box of Lilly O’Brien Chocolates UBBC stash Tattinger Champagne 2 Hours of our Club President James Heal (Edit: n.b. must be within reason and will not offend his girlfriend Becca Hafner.......) Tickets are £1 or you can buy 5 tickets for £4 and then additional tickets for 50p each (what a bargain!). Beginners: I will be at the Res tomorrow (Saturday) for a couple of hours and at your circuits for the next couple of weeks. Seniors: Worcester. The prize draw will occur on November 1st. R.L x
