UK Visas & Immigration are celebrating Customer Service Week across the Middle East and would like to share some of the services that we have changed as a result of your feedback, and the recent improvements that we have made. This year has seen UK Visas & Immigration make a number of changes to its services as a result of customer feedback, including: - Information about services and guidance has become more accessible through our improved website https://gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration This user-friendly/interactive web site guides customers to the correct visa category and provides guidance on the application process and eligibility criteria. -The Visa4UK website has been updated. You can now register to create your own account and also apply for several applications for you and your family from one account. We improved the application form, which is now shorter and easier to complete. We added a help text in several languages to help you understand the questions clearly. -In March 2014, Teleperformance became our new Commercial Partner and help coordinate the delivery of our services. Please visit their website for more information about their location, working hours, added value services & news : ge2eg.tpcontact.co.uk/ New services: -The new International Enquiries Service offers a wide range of options to contact us for information about your application or the application process, including by phone, email or web-chat. You can find details on these services at gov.uk/contact-ukvi-outside-uk. -Priority Visa service: This service allows you to pay an additional fee to have your application assessed ahead of others. Whilst this service was launched in 2013 in Egypt for certain application types, it has recently been extended to all applicants and all categories.
