Cloudy across Poland but mainly dry. Cold with rain and freezing rain across the Ukraine. Mostly fine and dry across Romania and Bulgaria. Fine and sunny for much of Turkey with scattered showers to affect parts of Italy. Fine and dry across Portugal and Spain with sunny spells. Cold but dry with sunny spells across Russia, The Baltic States and Finland. Rain is forecast across Sweden with Norway cloudy and dry. Wednesday A wet day in Portugal and northern Spain on Wednesday. There will be heavy rain here and a risk of some flooding. Drier for central and southern Spain with sunny spells. The Balearics should be dry with sunny spells. Dry for Italy and Greece with sunny spells. Heavy showers and some rain in the west of Turkey. Cloud and rain in western France. More central and eastern areas starting murky with mist and fog patches, but these clearing. The Low Countries seeing a few showers, but being largely dry with some sunshine. Cloud and some outbreaks of rain in Germany. Some cloud and rain in Hungary, but bright with some sunshine for Austria and Switzerland. Denmark will have broken cloud and a scattering of showers, Cold with a brisk wind and some sleet or snow for the Baltic States. Dry and cold in Finland, with more cloud and some rain or sleet in southern Sweden. Fair in much of Norway with sunny spells here.
