UNBROKEN~What an amazing movie we saw yesterday. This is the first movie I have seen that doesnt disappoint when you have read the book first. In fact it gives you a true depiction of the story that even your own mind cannot create. I rarely ever think of the directing during a film but I have to say that this was the best produced film ever and Angelina Jolie has that ability to create a movie that feels like you are right there in it. It almost felt like it was 3D even though it wasnt. The beginning of the film has you in a WWII B-24 airplane and you feel part of the crew, the perspective of the camera is literally breath taking. Besides loving the film itself for its story and the acting, it is impossible not to marvel at what Angelina Jolie accomplished from a directors standpoint. Go see this movie especially if you have read the book, you wont be disappointed.
