UNZA AND THE ONLINE SYSTEM Allow me to express my displeasure only this forum concerning management in the school of humanities and social sciences. At this time of the academic it shouldnt be a problem to get results which rightly belong to an individual. Its a shame to see second years and third years lining up at the library basement for long hours trying to access their results despite having cleared all outstanding balances. Guess what? the library basement only tells you that your results are not withheld but yet arent reflecting in the students accounts. How do you start an academic year minus seeing how you performed , What picture does it paint to your sponsors. Trying to follow up matter to the assistant dean all she could say is check your online account. She seems so relaxed like everything is perfect. Upon informing her that they are not there guess what? Only to tell me that im not alone and she doesnt know when the problem will be rectified. But the problem is what if you find errors on your results. wont it be too late to appeal.
