UPDATE: Angelique Meyer EC Karate has obtained a total of 58 medals in the competition, most of us will be leaving tomorrow morning at 3am, keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we travel back home. Once again thank you for all the well wishes. Kids appreciate it more than you can imagine. Hi all ~ final results from day one, at SA Karate Championships: Eastern Cape ~12 Gold, ~ 14 Silver and ~13 Bronze medals. Thank you to all for your well wishes, and for liking our updates. I have no doubt. this has motivated our kids to do even better today, when they take part in the Kumite division. They loved it, when we went through comments left from P.E. people.
