UPDATE! Dallis is back at the hospital& until further notice we will not know when she gets to come back home. She accumulated the fluid back on her lung like when she was born. They placed the chest tube back in to drain it out & to test the fluid. She has CHYLOTHORAX. chylothorax is pretty much a lymphatic vessel leakage. usually goes away when u stopped the feeds. after its gone- restart feeds with a speciality formula then see if it comes back. if it does then she may need to have a thoracic duct ligation which is a surgical procedure to clamp the leakage. We will know more tomorrow if surgery will have to happen. They are also talking about placing a PIC line. Every one please continue to pray for her & us to give us the strength to pull through this.
