Can you please share this message so that we can fix this boy? Dukes surgery was delayed from yesterday to today. He is resting comfortably and will be going into surgery early this afternoon! We are still at least $1500 short on what we need for his surgery. Duke was hit by a car last ween and taken, by a good samaritan, to an emergency clinic Friday. The clinic stabilized him and kept him the required three days for a stray, but then we were contacted to come rescue him. So, we did! Thank you, FM Marion for offering to drop everything and drive from Clear Lake all the way to Cypress to pick him up! And thank you FM Mary Ann, who was in the area, for actually picking him up and rushing him straight to GCVS. Now, we just need to be able to fix him! Can we do this for him, people?
