UPDATE!!!....Im pumped, excited, happy, joyful, humbled, thankful, and absolutely feel blessed....Sheila, her daughter Jessica and I visited Bart today....just got back,..Wow,...ok,...calm down Al,...(my emotions get ahead of me sometimes)...We walk toward his room #5, 9th floor,...Approaching him, I said Hey Bart,...he opened both eyes,..turned his head and raised his left arm,...What, I thought,..I went to the left side of his bed as he watched me,...he raised his hand and I took his hand and Bart squeezed it,..and shook it...brought me to tears, yes,...Im a softie,...then he looked at Sheila and Jessica and waved his fingers to say HI,...then he took Sheilas hand and squeezed it,...she said, Bart,..I like your grip,...he shook his head yes,................Wow,..what prayer can do...the Doc came in and told us he was still not responding,..that he was still being sedated,...ok,...Bart is sedated so he cannot pull everything out,...he wants to come home,...why wouldnt he?...Bart is not out of the woods,...but let me tell ya,...I feel he has made miracuKlous, leaps and bounds in a week. Bart cannot talk due to the thingie they put in his throat,...but he wanted to,....He recognized us,...without question,...and to me,...He responded, though,...Bart did not respond to the Doctor when he asked to do certain things....Bart is confused, with words, recognizes some things, responds to some things,...Thank you everyone,...keep praying,..and as before,...This is in Gods hands,..and His Will..............
