** UPDATE ON THE SEVEN DOXIES ** Late Sunday night, seven (7) puppy mill dogs arrived at AHR. They are all Dachshunds and range in age from 5 mo to about 8 yrs. In spite of the life most of them have had, they are absolute dolls! They go to see Dr. Diane tomorrow for physicals and vaccinations. There are two older ones in the group that we are expecting serious health problems. UPDATE: All went to see Dr. Diane today (5/6) to get a physical and their vaccines. Two of the seven, Kiki & Cheryl, are ready for immediate adoption. Both girls are believed to be spayed and healthy :) Click on individual pictures for more info on each. Two of the seven, Buckley & Dolly, are adopted :) All three boys need neutered and 1 female, Dolly, needs spayed. Dolly also needs an extensive dental and mammary tumors removed. Molly appears to be already spayed but she needs extensive dental work.
