UPDATED: The Medicine Hat Police say they have a person in custody following a motor vehicle collision on College Avenue. The suspect was driving his truck dangerously when he hit another vehicle. The suspect then fled on foot and was apprehended by police after a pursuit. The driver of the truck was taken to hospital after being arrested, to be looked at. While the driver of the car was treated by paramedics on scene for minor injuries. Traffic was backed up around the College Avenue/Primrose Drive area as the incident was being dealt with. The investigation is still ongoing.
