URGENT Baltimore area foster needed..... Meet Cole formerly Hercules dumped at Baltimore county animal control by his owners to die!! Cole needs a foster who can work with him daily in training.. he is eager to learn, has free training with P.U.P.S in ellicott city every sunday and responds well to it.. He can not stay where he is.
