This poor dog’s home is out in the cold, the owners never take him inside and despite the freezing temperatures they still dont take him inside. Weve called the SPCA and the Elizabeth County Police several times, they claim theyre coming but nothing. If you could please call the SPCA at 800-582-5979 or the Elizabeth Police at 908- 558- 2000 the address is 1019 Augusta Street, Elizabeth NJ. Pleaseeee!!!!!!!!
