URGENT HIRING: POSITION: TAX EXECUTIVE (SUBANG JAYA) EDUCATION INDUSTRY JOB DESCRIPTION: a) Managing all tax compliance matters for companies in the Group in accordance with relevant legislations; b) Managing GST implementation and compliance for companies in the Group; c) Monitor inter-company transactions; transfer pricing regulation and transfer pricing documentation; d) Participate in ad-hoc tax projects and application of tax incentives; e) Attending to tax audit and tax review of Group’s businesses from time to time; f) Liaison with tax authorities on application, appeal and audit on tax related matters; g) Support management reporting and accounts department. REQUIREMENTS: • A minimum of 3 years of tax compliance and working experience, preferably from a tax consulting firm and with commercial experience; • Professional qualification and/or degree from a recognized university/or tax bodies qualification • Resourceful, with strong analytical and project management skills; • Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia; • Proactive and have good inter-personal communication skills.
