speed writing) 1-Senior system/Network administrator JOB PURPOSE § Technical management for Servers and server room to serve business operation, in terms of troubleshoot network and operation bottlenecks, will be responsible for the network security and firewalls, all backup operations in order to promote operational efficiency QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS § At least (10) years of practical experience as systems& network admin., network infrastructure management & systems security operations § Strong Experience with managing and operating network security solutions including but not Web / Web portals: § Online Business experience (such as e-commerce) § Information architecture experience § Intranet § SMS reporting 3-HELPDESK/Technical Support JOB PURPOSE Monitor and maintain the computer systems and network by diagnosing hardware/software faults, providing problem resolution or forwarding inquiries concerning IT equipment or system software to appropriate personnel / technician. DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES: Work as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC problems.
