URGENT MEETING WILL BE HELD THIS SUNDAY REGARDING OUR ACCOUNT UPDATE, PLEASE ALL PLAN TO ATTEND THIS MEETING BECAUSE THE EXECUTIVES WILL BE GIVING ACCOUNTING UPDATE REGARDING POUR OCT 5TH, LAUNCHING.THERE IS NO REASON FOR ONE TO MISS THIS, We salute you as we share the following updates and resolutions from the last Advisory Board Meeting held on Nov 3rd 2013 in Carson. 1. All appointed (interim) Officers and offices of our Los Angeles Chapter were dissolved for the purpose of allowing elections to be conducted for the election of new officers. 2. All appointed (interim) Officers and offices of national / Central Body were dissolved for the purpose of allowing elections to be conducted for the election of new officers. 3. Caretaker Committees was formed to run the Los Angeles Chapter until elections. Therefore, all official meetings and events called by the dissolved Executive or Interim Chapter President are CANCELED. The Meeting for Nov. 10th 2013 is hereby CANCELED. The new Caretaker Committee for the Chapter is the only authorized body that can convene a legitimate meeting until new officers of the Chapter are elected. 4. Caretaker Committees was formed to run the National / Central Body until elections. Therefore, all official meetings and events called by the dissolved Central Body Executive or Interim President General / Chairlady are CANCELED. The new Caretaker Committee for the National / Central Body is the only authorized body that can convene a legitimate meeting until new officers of the National are elected. 5. The Caretaker Committees for both National and Chapter shall meeting with respective former (interim) officer to effect handing over of all assets of the organization. Therefore, all former officers are to schedule to meet with the Caretaker Committees as soon as possible. 6. The Advisory Board was also dissolved and a new Board of Directors was inaugurated. The Board of Directors shall supervise the governing of the organization. The Board shall meet with the Caretaker Committees to outline the specifics of their terms. 7. We ask that all members cooperate with the Caretaker Committees as they continue the management of our organization. Henceforth, all correspondences / communications (including call for meetings) shall come from both Caretaker Committees. 8. Below are names of the members that have been proposed as caretaker committee members. We hope that these able members shall all accept the task given to them by virtue of being our caretakers until elections.
