URGENT PRAYER NEEDED! Dear Friends, Mina and I were asked to be part of a planning meeting in Nespelem Monday night to prepare for a Life is Sacred Day of Prayer to be held all over the Colville Reservation on Friday, Nov.1. This event was called for by the Tribal Council in response to their seeking help for the many suicides that have occurred among their people. There will be many events and gatherings of different cultural and spiritual types to ask the Creator for wisdom in how to return a Spiritual Awareness to the people. The suicides are a symptom that people are not understanding how Sacred their lives are to the Creator and to the others around them. This is an extraordinary event with effort made to involve as many reservation residents as possible. At the meeting we offered to help host a Prayer Tent area at the Community Center where prayer would be in progress and available to everyone throughout the day. We also promised that we would let other believers outside the reservation know of this need and privilege. Your prayers are precious to our Tribal neighbors and much needed. It is asked that you would especially pray at 12 noon on Friday, joining all the rest who will be doing the same. Please share this need with your praying friends. With His love for you, Bob & Mina
