URGENTLY! Participants from Belarus are needed! Dear friends, we are urgently looking for participants from Belarus for the youth exchange Street Art for Inclusion which will take place in Sumy , Ukraine on 2-11 May 2014. The project is implemented with the support of the Youth in Action Programme if the European Union. It is a project aimed at promoting active youth participation and European citizenship through using street art. The project will involve 36 young people from – 5 youth (18-25 years old) + 1 group leader from 6 countries (Armenia, Belarus, Hungary, Poland, UK, and Ukraine). It will last 10 days. The programme covers accommodation, food, materials for the project and 70 % of travel costs from your home city to the project venue. The youth exchange will cover the themes of social activism, inclusion of urban youth into active participation, active citizenship, and street art as means of transforming social issues. The event will take place in Sumy. As the result of the youth exchange, the participant will create the graffiti art work and perform it on one of the walls in the center of the city.
