Ugh! Im so upset. I got a call from Microsoft Technical Support today to help me with my old operating system that was infected with a virus. I was told that my PC was compromised and I needed to get help from their knowledgeable technical support personnel. I was asking too many questions though I suppose when I asked how this virus got past my ESET Antivirus. He told me I was using in anferior product and I needed to listen to him in order to fix the problem. Right after that he hung up. Next time I will play the willing recipient of their help and tell them I dont need antivirus because me and my teenage son never go to any bad sites, that we would never go to any sites that could hurt us. I only play online gambling and free games and love a good deal, so coupons and free stuff are all I look for. hehe Then I will string him along for as long as I can. I really dropped the ball today. Our conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. :(
