Ukraine update: Crimean Parliment have voted to allow the people will vote to either stay in the Ukraine or join Russia in 10 days. The Baltic states have joined Crimea and are now preparing or attempting to follow Crimea an do the same. There is no dispute the people will vote to join Russia. The new Neo-Nazi fascist government put in place by the European Union and the US have now thrown out all the press and shut down two network stations - they are only allowing to be broadcast what they put out. Theyre literally beating up journalist and threatening them at gun point. Sound like a Democratic new government - dont think so. President Obama is calling on Germany to impose sanctions on Russia - doubt they will do it - they need the gas. Germany has already backed away from the G8 and NATO actions, verbalizing they felt what they were doing was wrong and Germany doesnt like Russia so what does that tell you. Oh and the US is committing to guaranteeing $$$$1 billion dollars in Ukrainian loans because Putin sent the light bill of 1.89 billion to Kiev. I think that guarantee should be spent here in the US or at least in some way American not Ukrainian. Sorry but just as I predicted, the whole kit caboodle is going to Putins Mother Russia, hand delivered by the United States of America in conjunction with the European Union. And again, why is the US there at all? This is not our business. When did we decide to absolutely destroy what little relationship with Russia we had developed over the years and reignite the cold war? To what end? To what purpose? To what goal? Putin is right. Yep, hes more right. Ive been supportive of President Obama and even defended him but he is dead wrong on this one. Dead wrong. The US cannot and will not send troops, nor should we support a Neo-Nazi Fascist government in any fiscal manner. Let the people vote and we should oblige their choice and the outcome of their vote. No questions asked. Then we should humbly excuse ourselves and hope no one notices how bad we just screwed up, however I doubt that will happen.
