Um if you want native speakers to teach. you have millions of Vietnamese who are native to Vietnam who might be available to teach. Asking for native teacher means a person from the land you are now in , hence Vietnam. So therefore you must be looking for Vietnamese teachers. Give them a go. they deserve the extra money too. It is hard to be a Vietnamese teacher of English. Dont ever blame those teachers for there poor performance . they learned the language from their university teachers. so those teachers are the ones that need to be fired and stop the growth of more poorly taught Foreign language Vietnamese teachers at universities. Show some respect to Vietnamese language teachers. they are only doing what they were taught to do. they deserve some respect.
