Unbelievable... After finding out that my husbands grandpa passed away in PI, I booked my mother in laws flight to PI with expedia & they gave me a confirmation itinerary so I thought everything was good. When we got to LAX, they said PAL cancelled the flight... To make story short we stayed & waited until the plane was taking off since we had to be on standby,,,, with Gods help, she got a seat, then to find out, her luggage didnt make it in PI, still left in LAX,, wow Im never going to order a plane ticket in Expedia anymore... A death in the family is suppose to be a grieving time, not trying to fix everything else... Expedia...never trust again!!!
