(Unexpected Drought) Emergency & urgently appeal of help for the people in whole of Somali Country who are currently dying for thirst & hungry in different Provinces Bandar calls for International & local humanitarian donors to pay the right time attention to the right peoples who are right now dying for thirst & Hungry in different locations of Somalia which caused by new Internal Displacement of different regions in Somalia. New movements of Somali IDPs broke out after a large operation against Al-shabab launched by the Somali Federal Government backed by AMISOM spread through different regions of Somalia specially Lower-Shabelle rgion, Bay region, Bakol region, Gedo region, Hiran region, & Galgadud region. The Somali Federal Government did not put Humanitarian support section to their attack plan of strategy before they launch the force entry to the different Areas controlled by Al-Shabab and that caused failure of humanity came to the Somali vulnerable people apart-from those who are family level escaped and able to manage their daily life and it seems that caused by the step taken by the Somali Federal Government without consultation of internationally and locally of the humanitarian aid donors, Most of these IDPs depends their lives on agriculture or farming & live-stock and most problems they are suffering from are great Water-shortage, lack of food, Health-care, Shelter, Clothing, toilets, furniture, and safe-Area & also protect violence through protection awareness.
